Payment
A deposit of 25% should be made when placing your order. Once the artwork is complete, a digital photo will be emailed to you for your approval after which the remaining amount should be paid. If collecting, the balance can be paid on arrival.
Payment can be made by Paypal, cheque or money order made out to Karen Blair.
Commissioning Artwork
Please call or email first to discuss the options for your artwork. If using your own photo, it is best if you can supply a variety to give the best overall impression. However, we can and often do work from just one photo.

Framing Options
Framing can be arranged for your artwork. This will include a mount and frame to compliment your artwork with high quality glass to protect the pastel. Additional cost of framing is outlined under "Prices."
If you choose to arrange framing yourself, the picture will be sent or presented to you in a clip frame (at no extra cost) to protect the pastel and to keep the artwork flat. Pastel is a fairly delicate medium, so the less contact with the surface the better. Please note pastel artwork must be framed behind glass.
Delivery & Postage
Cost of postage will depend on the size of picture and whether you have requested framing. Postage time will vary depending on your location. We can discuss these options when you make your initial enquiry.
If you live in the Perth metropolitan area, you may wish to collect the artwork from the Memento studio in Fremantle. Please enquire about delivery of artwork.
